Ultrafine filter fine mesh 'Micro Sieve' *Free sample
Achieving high-precision sieving (with an opening width of about 2μm) that is difficult with commercially available woven nets using ultra-fine filters! Adopted by chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic component manufacturers, and research laboratories.
The "Micro-Sieve" provided by Takeda Tokyo Process Service is a fine mesh formed into a sheet using the electroforming method. Since it is created with electroplated nickel without a photolithography process, the surface is flat, and it excels in the precision of the opening width with no variation. *We accept opening widths (aperture sizes) starting from 2μm, but we also have prototype results for sizes less than 2μm, so please feel free to consult us. (Prototype result: opening width of 0.1μm) 【Industries Served】 Chemical manufacturers / Pharmaceutical manufacturers / University research institutes / Processing equipment manufacturers / Electronic component manufacturers 【Features】 ■ The opening shape is a square inverted taper shape (bowl shape) ■ Can accommodate some specifications such as rectangular, hexagonal, and circular shapes ■ Composition is over 99.9% nickel ■ Characteristics are similar to metallic nickel ■ By applying a support grid (reinforcement mesh), it is possible to enhance strength during sieving *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *We are currently also offering [free samples]; please inquire if you are interested.
